The ethernet speed slowed way down, and the ports work intermittently. I contacted customer service online and they told me to bring it to the Geek Squad at the store. Geek squad said they could not help me, even though this thing has a 1 year warranty and is Best Buy's house brand. They suggested that I plug it into a supplemental power source, which made no difference. Waste of time and money.

It is fine for a laptop, but too much dangle in this dongle for a desktop!

Unreliable Connection

It connects but then the signal goes in and out. I have tried moving it to different ports (hdmi) and nothing had happened to change the issue. Screen is completely broken and computer still under affirm purchase program.

BestBuy Lied about Compatibility

BestBuy rep assured me it would work with my phone, Pixel 5. Repeatedly. "Fully compatible!" None of their other slew of incompetent "reps" would admit the first one lied to me. The best they could offer was having me drive to my nearest BestBuy (Hour and a half away) to exchange for the same (non-compatible) hub. Normally I wouldn't leave a bad review for a product based on the store's idiocy---but this is BestBuy's own brand. They deserve the low mark.

Doesn't Work After 6 Months of Light Use

The ethernet port is no longer working on this. It seems to be a typical problem with these hubs. I thought by purchasing a fairly high priced ($70) one I would get a better product. Might as well purchase the $20 cheap one and replace that every six months instead.
