    Easy to plug in. But after having a USB thumb drive in it for only 5-minutes...the thumb drive was very hot when I removed it.

    False advertisement. It is not compatible with PC. If it is, the support is EXTREMELY limited to the USB ports only, with all other port types being completely unrecognized. Once again I was deceived and wasted my money.

    Stopped Working Already.

    I was looking for an all in one hub and this was perfect so that I didn't have to deal with multiple dongles. I even did my research., looked up reviews and what people were saying, and it sounded too good to be true. I was wrong. Not even three weeks in and two of the ports do not function any longer. Tried it multiple ways and still no luck.

    Save your time not $ and start with Apple

    I purchased this accessory instead of the Apple Brand to save a few bucks. Don’t do this! This product isn’t even capable of charging an iPad plugged in solo through the MacBook Pro. Opt for Apple Products. I will be returning this and purchasing Apple versions tomorrow.

    It didn’t work straight out of the box. Went through everything I could. Buy a brand you recognize. Maybe I got a dud. But I’ll just buy Apple’s separate dongles as I need them

    Not a happy camper

    It was all good until today when it just stopped working. There were a few times in the last week where it seemed to be 'glitchy' and today...nothing! I can't connect my MacBook to HDMI or my Cricut Explorer via USB. I've only had it for 5 months.

    Worked good until it didn't. It won't recognize anything like my mouse plugged into the USB port on my Mac. Would've just gotten the 19.00 one apple makes.

    Did not work at all with Mac Book Pro

    Was told by sales associate that this was "plug and play" with Mac. Tried two and they would not even provide power, much less any of the other connections. Ended up buying individual plugs for USB-C to Ethernet and USB-C to USB-B.

    Brock Down after Warrantee

    Features sound good but it broke down. Gigabit internet adapter connection is loose and the device stopped after a couple months. Of course, warrantee expired so no recourse. Won't buy from Insignia again.

    Purchased on line because it has the ports I needed including the ethernet adapter. After one week the ethernet adapter did not work.

    Barely used it. And one day just stopped working. Returnable period is over. Will have to go to manufacture to request a exchange or credit... not a good buy

    It disconnects from the computer and I lose the signal from the Ethernet cable. I am using my old hub and works fine
