It does a good job havent noticed any lag in data tranfer times if anything its maybe a little faster. The only reaon its not 5 stars is id like to see maybe a couple more ports also a slimmer profile. Other than that itsba good buy.

Great for little accessories

I still plug my backup drives directly to my computer 3.0 ports. As far as performance, the powered hub works flawlessly with my computer accessories.

Multiple USB port hub

Handy affordable hub

It works for that, but I haven't tried any higher power draw devices like multiple hard drives. A powered hub might be better for that. But this fits my gaming needs for gaming with my nephews
