    In an age of all these attachments and cords to be used w/ laptops or tablets, this is a must have for anybody. I liked this one so I don't feel like I'm going to run out of slots to us.

    I recently bought a new computer, but needed more USB ports; the hub gives me enough to avoid the need to constantly swap out devices. I also opted for the powered unit based on experience where existing computer ports did not have adequate power to drive the hub ports.
