I have had the product for 4 weeks now and am very disappointed. It is very un-reliable in recognizing devices when plugged in. Sometimes it works fine but most of the time I have to plug and unplug my devices several times before it reads. If I still had the receipt I would return it.

It's nice and compact, but a very slow charge. Efficient for overnight, but not for a quick charge. Definitely not for someone who drains their battery quickly.
