To be honest this is a problem with a lot of pre-packaged wipes so I don't really fault bestbuy it's just something I'd be aware of when buything them.

Bad Wipes

Sometimes, I go thru 2-3 wipes before I get one that is pre-moistened. Needless to say, I’m disappointed in these.
