Insignia is not what they used to be

The processor is quite slow. FireTV is not a good interface either. There is nothing special or good about this TV - if they fixed the backlight issue it would at least be serviceable.

Some things run great and others its either pixelated or it starts to distort the image when panning around the room in movies or tv shows.

Buyer Beware

And it is continuously doing this now and it it's only been a little less than 5 months since we bought her. Very disappointed

Best Buy Won't Replace It LOL

Once we opened the box a couple weeks or so later, saw it had a line on the screen, and then bam, the screen starts glitching and goes green. We took it to Best Buy on Dale Mabry. They told us to go to the manufacturer. Best Buy, a big box retailer with all the loading docks and trucks and brand, is fine with selling defective items but not extending a manufacturer's warranty. These TVs are hit and miss. Some models have defects along a product line. Just like cars or anything else. But they seem to think they're going to steer me to and expensive TV and sell me on it, then turn their back and ignore my complaint. I would highly advise against buying pretty much anything Best Buy until they address this policy making returns impossible outside these extremely short time windows. Try it out -- learn for yourself how terrible this customer experience loop is while you sit on a piece of useless tech you paid good money for

Decent for the money.

Sound and picture quality are Ok but not as good as my 15 year old Sony XBR2 unit. Plan is to keep this TV and use outside on back porch.

Didnt work but i still love Best Buy

These issues include frequent screen freeze, intermittent audio problem, and difficulty accessing certain features despite following all troubleshooting steps.But i still love Best buy so ill give a 2 stars
