Poor Quality

It’s blurry fuzzy and looks like you’re watching tv under water. If u want to watch Netflix or any other app it’s ok but live tv it sucks bad. Don’t waist your money on this brand. I have never watched a tv so bad. I would not invite friends over to watch tv with me that’s how bad it is.

BEST BUY IS NOT THE BEST BUY

It wouldn't cut off by the remote so i unplugged it. A week later the tv was on again. Unplugged it again and now it doesn't cut on. This tv is trash. And its going back immediately.

Terrible TV

The Geek Squad that came back 5 days later to replace with a LG 65 inch tv told us it was broken. For 5 nights I got out a ladder (because it hung high on wall) and un-plugged it just to get it to turn off. Would Not recommend an Insignia TV.

Recently I started having issues some of the apps- would randomly freeze. Now it will only work with Amazon prime. It will not open any other apps and immediately defaults back to prime.

Will Be Returning
