Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Horrible picture, and so dominated by Amazon, as in if you don't buy Netflix through Amazon, good luck with sound, and over all imagine shinning a flashlight on the TV you grew up with! Don't waste your time, I won't say money, as no one would be happy with this TV is is an automatically return. Oh, and there is no manual, and the remote will need to be reset, so you will need to call support, instead of simply telling you unplug 3 minutes, hold these three buttons down, and then plug back in. Seriously, when did crappy TV's need to not only be crappy, but also impossible to just plug in and play. Personally after buying a 1600 LG, who makes this for best buy only, I discovered after 3 yrs. They don't issue updates... So you modern TV viewers, there suggestion to why I couldn't watch Netflix was to buy an LG blu ray... As if I would ever fork over another dime to them! I hooked up a 30 buck ruko to it and it is still going. But, this TV was on its way out my door in 10 mins. The lcd screen is just too light. There are wonderful bargain ones out there. Visio makes a great one in this size, this is a warning, just don't

Not A Good TV

I have to factory reset my tv every so often and re login to everything because it just doesn’t load any of the apps besides of course Amazon prime because it’s a fire tv. Had to have done hard factory resets with the remote because you can’t even access the settings by clicking on it. If the tv was fast and worked well I’d give it 5 stars but overall very poor build quality.
