    I bought this TV when my old one crapped out from Best Buy in Manchester. I got home set it up, and randomly the screen blacks out. No matter if im playing PS5, Xbox, Switch, watching Cable TV, even rented DVD’s. I called them back to ask for an exchange which that store doesn’t have them. So they wanted me to dish out more money (hundredS) to get and upgrade when I want to stick with this TV. I asked if they could have it shipped from another location they wouldnt do that either. I asked if I could upgrade to the 70” and pay the difference they wouldnt do that. As of the 14th I’m out of the “refund period” now. So I’m gonna have to dish out more money for the warranty when I shouldn’t have had too do any of this. I called the store to tell them immediately and NOTHING was done!!! I spend so much money having 4 kids at this store, and to get NO help whatsoever is disappointing at the very LEAST! We like this TV we didnt ask to be sold a defective TV, they should be the ones accommodating us. Since day 1 it was messing up, I took videos, and when I asked for an email to send them these video’s I was told “That won’t be nessesary.” So I’m stuck with this TV that constantly blacks out until the entire screen goes solid black like they ALWAYS do. When you buy a TV you accept it to last more than a couple of minutes without any issues or complications! TV is great customer service crap and YES I’d like a supervisor to contact me regarding this issue asap.

    Clear picture overall an okay tv. Had some issues with it shutting off randomly, apps not loading & shutting the tv off, remote back never stays on. Just small issues.

    Best buy refused to let me pickup tv

    The local store refused to load a tv in my car because i could not transport the tv standing up. The employees recommended not to lay the tv flat because the screen could crack. I get it but hadnt planned on other means of transportation. I couldnt get them to deliver the tv because i live too far away. Had i known before i went to the store that i couldnt transport it in my car, i wouldve rented a van or something. In the end, i walked away with no tv. 10/10 would not recommend.

    DO NOT BUY INSIGNIA TVs I bought 4 for my home and ALL have issues. I didnt even but them at the same time (as in chance luck of getting a defective batch), I bought 2 first and then another 2 maybe 4-6 mos later. Unless you like to have constant shut downs, flickering etc, but a better brand, Thsi brand is garbage.

    smart aspect doesnt work

    If you get this TV be prepared for it to have constant issues and apps to never work. Paramount plus error 6040, Disney plus error code 142, constant internet connection issues, having to restart the tv, etc. If you do get the TV just get a Roku to plug into it like we did and everything will work fine.
