Sleep/ screen timeout feature is hard to control. Have set to never sleep and whole tv will turn off after 5 minutes of inactivity.

Reached out to company, stated to send them photos of the defect in the tv, sent them photos and company stated I would receive a response from someone no call when I called them back stated it was not covered under manufacture warranty and reach out to Best Buy where I purchased tv. Best Buy informed me I needed to purchase another tv. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BRAND!!!

As soon as we took it out of the box, we tried setting it up and it did not work. It would not stay connected to the Internet and it was just awful so we had to figure out how to repack it and bring it all the way back to the store to return it. The picture sound and everything else looked great though we just got one that was defective apparently.

I order this TV got it on a Friday, since I work 12 hour days & am I never home I didnt get a chance to put it up until sunday. Worst part is when I finally out everything together & plugged in the TV after I had gotten it on the stand it was broken. I called best buy customer service & specifically asked if I needed to take the TV down. They told me they would send a team capable of taking the Tv down. Come to the day of the exchange the “team” that is supoosed to do the exchange tell me they will not be able to take the TV down. What do I pay all this money for? The warranty this & I dont know what else. Thats just a waste of money. Now, I prolly wont have a TV by superbowl sunday. Thanks Best Buy! YOU GUYS ARE DOING A GREAT JOB!
