This is the first review I’ve left on a product. I would not recommend this TV. I have had it for two months and the picture quality especially when watching sports is very poor. It glitches and stutters when watching sports. I also connected my sound bar but that makes it glitch and stutter worse. I can’t connect with Wi-Fi even though it sits directly next to the router. Have to connect with Ethernet cable. Still glitchy when watching football on prime. No other tvs in the house are like this and this one is directly next to the router and plugged into Ethernet. I’ve called customer service and they told me to disconnect the power cable for 30 monad plug back in. Nothing happened. A service tech person came out as well and said the processor is slow for this tv. Still in the same position. Thinking about taking a loss and buying a different TV from somewhere else.

Giving this a because it won’t let me score it any lower. I purchased an open box. Version of this television from Best Buy got at home and noticed a huge crack coming from the upper right hand corner of the screen. I was waiting for my television to be mounted so I waited more than two weeks to unwrap it my mistake. The biggest mistake appears to be that I bought a warranty from Best Buy for this open box television that they have no intention of honoring. I was told that under the warranty my device can’t be repaired, returned or exchanged, and the best that they could offer me was a refund of the warranty that they ridiculously let me purchase in the first place. Point of the story is never by open box especially if it’s a large screen TV

The software has a giant flaw. I can't use any app without constant interruption. The inputs work, but it is the dumbest smart tv I have ever had.

The TV is amazing but the purchase was a deal with a 24” TV also. The 24” wasn’t ready so I said I would have to come back next week for the TV and the TV was canceled before I could pick it up. Now I’m told I can’t receive what I paid for.

I'm happy to have a larger TV, however the picture definitely reflects the cheap price. It lags a bit also when navigating on the screen.

Picture looked great in the store. Picture quality at home on regular tv is nothing like the fake channel they have in the store. Being a 75" tv it was too difficult to return but am having serious regrets about not returning it. I guess you get what you pay for.

My tv doesn't work the way it should, I am not happy. It's VERY slow to advance to screens and it's not the internet. The TV I replaced, works better than this new one. I do not have the box anymore for return and it's a 75 inch TV, I'm a single older woman, I can't, physically take it back. I have video but not a picture, a picture would do no good.

Horrible TV, we had to get the first one replaced, then the second one cracked, and Best Buy would not cover it, even though it is still under the manufacturer's warranty and we have the 5-year Geek Squad protection plan. This is why we have purchased the QF Series that just came out this year to see if it is better, and have Upsie Protection on it.

This television does not work. We got it mounted and set up, and when we turned it on the tv got stuck on the Remote Pairing Screen. It’s apparently a known issue with Fire TVs, and unfortunately BestBuy support seems unable to help. I don’t think it’s ridiculous to expect the tv I purchased to actually work.

Hi, Thanks for your review. 1. Try removing the remote battery and reloading it. 2. Try to reset the remote control by pressing and hold "menu+back+left" for 10 seconds. Then the RC should be paired with TV. 3. Try to get a new remote: NS-RCFCA-21
