    I am still trying to figure out what causes it to just turn off by itself. So annoying. I tried the reset and timer options still doesn’t help.

    Backlight failed after less than a year after purchase. Thankfully was still under 1 year warranty and replaced with a different model.

    Bought brand new, delivered May 20, stoped working within 1 month. Spent 2 hours “troubleshooting” with customer service. Geek squad came out about 2 weeks later only to order parts for it. Came back out a second time 2 weeks later to tell me it needs to be replaced.

    Does not work, stuck on Remote Pairing Screen

    This television does not work. We got it mounted and set up, and when we turned it on the tv got stuck on the Remote Pairing Screen. It’s apparently a known issue with Fire TVs, and unfortunately BestBuy support seems unable to help. I don’t think it’s ridiculous to expect the tv I purchased to actually work.

      Hi,
      Thanks for your review.
      1. Try removing the remote battery and reloading it.
      2. Try to reset the remote control by pressing and hold "menu+back+left" for 10 seconds. Then the RC should be paired with TV.
      3. Try to get a new remote: NS-RCFCA-21 BBY-ExBrand_Insignia

    When I got to the store the tv was broken I purchased a smaller tv they said would be money back and it was not. Then they kept the tv remote to the tv so I had to go and purchase another one and btw you can’t call them

    The the product was awful I can't stand it it blacked out twice you gave me another TV it blacked out I cannot stand it this is an awful product it is awful

    The store's workers were very rude. I had to beg for help to purchase the items. They made told me to go online. I told them I came to the store to get some help. They made me wait 40 minutes to see a manager. Thank you

    I wish I could give this experience 0 stars from start to finish. Please do not waste your time, the remote did not connect at all and it was impossible to get past that step when setting up. This is common with this TV apparently because when we went to take ours back, 3 had been returned just that day! No wonder they were on Black Friday Sale.

    32 days into owning this t.v. and it won't even turn on, and on top of it all, I have to wait 9 days for a repair tech. I have always owned Samsung and never a problem. Will never purchase this brand again.

    Trash - $400 down the drain

    Complete trash. Half of the screen was completely black on first use. Contacted BestBuy to return and it was a common problem. Already discarded box and cant make arrangements to pickup the TV in time for return deadline.

    After 3 days of owning the tv it started to develop black splotches around the edges of the tv. Took it back to Best Buy and they said the LEDs were going out.

    This TV was inoperable within a month. Three days outside of the return window it won’t even turn on. I am done with insignia and I’m equally done with Best Buy.

    This TV is horrible. The picture quality is average at best. The TV lags constantly, and the remove is flimsy. I regret buying this TV.
