I bought this tv only $50 off from the current price for being open box in “good” condition, meaning it may be missing some non essential parts. It was not until they were putting it in the back of a truck I had to borrow that they told me oh so it has no feet. Fine… I went and bought a stand. I get home and not only did it have no feet, it had NO power cord, NO remote, NO instructions, NO box, NO NOTHING!! It was just a bubble wrapped screen. I went back and the store gave me a universal insignia remote which was okay but it was still connected to all of the previous owners accounts. I did a factory reset and now I have this tv that I physically cannot use sitting in my living room because I do not have a router I can plug it into (I have starlink). I CANNOT get the universal remote to pair and have a giant expensive tv that does not fit in my car and I can not use unless I buy an actual replacement remote as I can’t even bring it back because it does not fit in my car. I have made trips to the store, spent time on the phone with customer service and honestly and just so upset by this whole ordeal (everyone I spoke to said the tv should have never been listed as “good condition” as it is missing everything!!!!) that I do not want to shop at Best Buy ever again. There are so many other retailers I could have chosen that for how much I’ve now spent and time wasted just got a new tv in the box. I bought this as a Valentines gift for my other half to be able to spend time together in our living room and now it is just a reminder that I was ripped off because Best Buy did not care enough to be honest about their product. Lesson learned… Best Buy lies.

Customer service was very helpful and recommended the best option for me within my price range. Delivery confirmation through the app was easy and delivery drop off was seamless. Looking forward to when we can enjoy watching the tv.
