False advertising. This TV claims it can display 4k. I can assure you that it cannot. Live 4k TV will experience screen flashing/shuttering every 15-30 seconds. I made an appointment with the Geek Squad just for affirmation. The first thing they told me was that it is because the processor cannot handle 4k. Please contact me Best Buy/Insignia for a refund. Two months in and still brand new.

I got my tv delivered. Unpacked from box and wrapping assembled TV. Un hooked old tv .setup new tv turned on and got big black blotches across the top of the screen, had different colored streaks going down left side of screen. So I called rite away to return the tv and have someone come pick it up. It look two days of calling to get someone too agree to do so.so i had a bad experience and no new tv

It died < 20 days after I received it (just past the 15 day return policy). the screen got a horizontal line near the bottom one day, then the screen flickered and inverted the video the next day and then just blank screen. Spent time / email chatting with Best Buy only for them to recommend that I contact Insignia directly who set up an appointment 10 days later.
BB & Insignia were both very nice, but I still have a TV that I cannot use. Will let you know what happens next.

TV stopped work 2 days after the 15 day in store return. Contacted Bestbuy Insignia warranty to have repaired or replaced. After a week of questioning I was told to contact Insignia now. Wasted a week of my time. When did we start doing 15 day warranties? No such thing as good products or customer service. For the last three years when trying to purchase something from Bestbuy, I always have to find someone to help. After this purchase and the run around I will 1000% buy my products elsewhere. Easier to buy online, easier to return or have replaced.

We have only had this TV for 3 weeks and while watching it, it will randomly go bad, but you can hear the sound. It also will turn itself back to the home screen; in the middle of watching it. I have been trying to get best buy to send someone to look at it and they keep giving me a run around.

I’ll start with the fact that the first one broke so they had to replace it. They are such low quality tvs I can’t tell you to just spend more money for a good product enough. The picture quality is low, it’s a fire tv so you have ads thrown at you on the Home Screen. Finding the apps sucks. Just don’t do it!

Nice T.V., until less than a week later. The sound started sound like a geiger counter on all channels, even streaming channels. We went back and swap it for a Samsung.

Picked up at Best Buy, got home and the box and packaging/styrofoam if fine but the tv screen is cracked. BB will not help me return it and I live 4 hour round trip. Not giving me a refund even with pictures.

This is a great TV at a very affordable price. I upgraded from a 70" LG smart TV with sluggish navigation and unreliable streaming. This Insignia Fire TV has excellent smart features that are snappy & responsive and streaming is reliable with hardly any buffering. I was able to set everything up via QR code prompts using my phone. Once powered on I'm watching my favorite content within seconds. Picture quality is vibrant and the QLED technology is very bright - movie nights are EPIC with this TV. I was also able to mount it myself because it's so light - only 40 lbs. I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable upgrade to their home theater setup.

Decided to upgrade my 65 inch to a 75 inch tv and I feel I made the decision to go with this tv. It has many features including firetv that makes things more convenient to navigate between live tv and streaming apps; I can even tell Alexa to turn off my tv. The picture quality is great, nice and bright and the clarity is amazing for my space and it even connects wirelessly to my soundbar via Bluetooth. I highly recommend purchasing this TV.

Happy with the TV quality and overall picture. I would have given it 5 stars however my first TV had a small spot on the screen where it showed a couple bright circles. I called Best Buy and they had a new TV delivered within a couple days. The replacement has worked perfectly and has a nice picture. For some reason I have not been able to pair my Direct TV remote with the TV, tried all the Insignia codes, so thats a little bit of pain having to use 2 remotes. I was impressed with how easy and quick it was to get a replacement.

I’m really impressed with the QLED display on this Insignia TV. The colors are vibrant and the 4K clarity is excellent for movies and gaming. The built-in Fire TV interface is snappy and easy to navigate. My only minor complaint is that the audio could be a bit deeper, but a soundbar easily fixes that. Overall, it's a fantastic value for a QLED screen
