Don't buy it!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It died < 20 days after I received it (just past the 15 day return policy). the screen got a horizontal line near the bottom one day, then the screen flickered and inverted the video the next day and then just blank screen. Spent time / email chatting with Best Buy only for them to recommend that I contact Insignia directly who set up an appointment 10 days later. BB & Insignia were both very nice, but I still have a TV that I cannot use. Will let you know what happens next.

Done with instore purchased.

Contacted Bestbuy Insignia warranty to have repaired or replaced. After a week of questioning I was told to contact Insignia now. Wasted a week of my time. When did we start doing 15 day warranties? No such thing as good products or customer service. For the last three years when trying to purchase something from Bestbuy, I always have to find someone to help. After this purchase and the run around I will 1000% buy my products elsewhere. Easier to buy online, easier to return or have replaced.

Un hooked old tv .setup new tv turned on and got big black blotches across the top of the screen, had different colored streaks going down left side of screen. So I called rite away to return the tv and have someone come pick it up. It look two days of calling to get someone too agree to do so.so i had a bad experience and no new tv

False Advertising

I can assure you that it cannot. Live 4k TV will experience screen flashing/shuttering every 15-30 seconds. I made an appointment with the Geek Squad just for affirmation. The first thing they told me was that it is because the processor cannot handle 4k. Please contact me Best Buy/Insignia for a refund. Two months in and still brand new.

Flickering… even with replacement

Had major studdering issues after 10-15 minutes of watching. After numerous restarts I threw in the towel and got abother QLED. Same issues with the replacement! What are the odds. Sent the TV back and went with 75” regular LED and have had zero issues over the past month.

Disappointed

It also will turn itself back to the home screen; in the middle of watching it. I have been trying to get best buy to send someone to look at it and they keep giving me a run around.

Don’t buy this brand

They are such low quality tvs I can’t tell you to just spend more money for a good product enough. The picture quality is low, it’s a fire tv so you have ads thrown at you on the Home Screen. Finding the apps sucks. Just don’t do it!

Bad customer service - broken tv

BB will not help me return it and I live 4 hour round trip. Not giving me a refund even with pictures.

Excellent Quality And Affordable

I upgraded from a 70" LG smart TV with sluggish navigation and unreliable streaming. This Insignia Fire TV has excellent smart features that are snappy & responsive and streaming is reliable with hardly any buffering. I was able to set everything up via QR code prompts using my phone. Once powered on I'm watching my favorite content within seconds. Picture quality is vibrant and the QLED technology is very bright - movie nights are EPIC with this TV. I was also able to mount it myself because it's so light - only 40 lbs. I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable upgrade to their home theater setup.

The picture is so life like my brain tells me that it is not right. I actually had to dumb down the picture so it was not so life like by changing the settings while watching Star Wars. BUT for Sports it gives you a immersive experience. Very happy with the TV for the price and he size

The colors are vibrant and the 4K clarity is excellent for movies and gaming. The built-in Fire TV interface is snappy and easy to navigate. My only minor complaint is that the audio could be a bit deeper, but a soundbar easily fixes that. Overall, it's a fantastic value for a QLED screen

We saw the much more expensive tv's and yes the do seem to handle blacks better with more definition. However we are really happy with the tv and its picture quality. We also own a 58 inch insignia as well and are happy with that as well. If you don't want to break the bank, then this is a good value.
