The only issue I had was the handle where you pull the screen up had rust on it. Best Buy did refund my money. I would have just swapped it for a new one, but decided I wanted to get a slightly larger one anyways.

One of the representatives told me that "How Do I know that you didn't damaged it". and I was asked to call the Corporate office, which I have and I have to wait 1 hour to answer their call. This is insane.
