It can charge my phone 3 times on one charge and when I'm out in the field using my phone as for wifi. This little charger does the job. I like the size because its easy to find when I reach down inside my briefcase or backpack. Works great.

Easy to use but...

During a recent trip (3 hour car ride) I plugged in the charger at 12% battery remaining and it charged my phone to just above 40%. I did have apps running, but I minimized my apps after I plugged in the charger. My phone only lasted until just over the 2 hour mark of my trip. I still recommend it as an emergency source of power, but I wish it would charge my phone more.
