Didn’t work well for my needs. Looking for something more durable - display for art show

I bought this case on the recommendation of my son to protect my iPod and it does just that. I can find it easily whether on the table or in my bag. It doesn't get dirty and keeps it shape!

after a while the picture frame would start corrupting cards

We bought this as a gift for my father-in-law. It was easy to load photos and as far as we know, he enjoys looking at it. We actually would like to buy one for us now!

I returned the product almost immediately because it didn't work. So far no refund yet or communication from Best Buy. I am not sure what's happening because it's almost a month. The person I talked to said it would take about 10-15 days. They have already passed over and above. I need to know what is happening. Why is it taking that long?

Just purchased a second one. Overall a nice frame and easy to use. The photos looked a little washed out at first so an adjustment to the brightness was needed. Photos definitely look better when viewed from directly in front. Great gift for the grandparents to see the family photos.

I bought this frame after having another Insignia frame for years and wanted a second. My first one works almost perfectly. I bought the new one and inserted a memory stick. By the next morning the frame froze after loading only half a picture. I tried the memory stick in another digital frame and it worked flawlessly. So, I went to Best Buy and exchanged it for another frame (same one). Again, by the next day it froze on one picture (not the same picture). So, I switched the memory sticks from one Insignia frame to another. The stick from the faulty frame worked perfectly in the second frame, and the stick from the other frame (which never gave me as much as a hiccup) froze on the new frame. The troubleshooting guide says pictures with low resolution may load slowly, but these pictures were only loading halfway and then freezing. I will be returning it and looking for a different frame.

This is my first digital frame so I do not know about others but the quality of the picture is as not as good as I thought would be. I changed the brightness/contrast/saturation setting but the quality is still not there. - Resolution is not crisp. - Panel is not clear. - Bad viewing angle. - Black is not quite black, it's gray. Software is fine. Does its job.

So i got this to create a digital picture slideshow for me and my girlfriend. I got the item got a memory stick and loaded all the pictures on it. Well, some of the pictures that were in portrait mode the frame puts them sideways (in landscape mode). So i went into the settings and thought it was an orientation setting i didn't correct. Every photo setting i put it on the photo still came out the same way, sideways. So i figured i'd call they're customer support. Their first guy, Enrique, hung up on me. The second guy, Justin, told me the frame itself doesn't have the ability to switch the orientation of the photo. After a few troublshooting techniques given to me by Justin the frame still wouldn't work so Justin basically told me the frame "wouldn't fit my needs". AKA The frame isn't smart enough to switch the orientation on it's own so i gotta return the frame and buy one that has a modicum of intelligence in it.

Good frame I bought two others but had to return this one was easy to use with clear photos

Great frame. Gave to a computer novice and had no Problems setting it up!
