Low cost connection. Not sure why "experts" always try to convince us to spend additional on more elaborate materials of construction. This cord connected my device to my TV and it works and I can't see any problem with it. Do you need any more than that?

These work fine for every application I have used them for. Complaints about 4k incompatibility might be valid, but my experience has been trouble-free.
