Don't Be Fooled by the Golden Tips

When I got home and did my research, I found that the no name brand Amazon cable which cost a couple of bucks would do the job, and it does - no problem. Don't be fooled by the golden tips.

Needed this cable HDMI for operation of TV

Price point was acceptable and easy to install. Cable provider assisted in install and other than trying to figure out how to access the "box" the unit has performed as expected.

I was all about buying the higher priced named brands and was correctly told by the best buy associate that this would satisfy my needs. We have this hooked up to our Amazon Fire TV box and there have been no issues. I even hooked up the Amazon Fire TV box with some high $$$ HDMI cables and there was NO difference in viewing standard or 1080 content from the Amazon Fire TV box. Has me considering why I purchased the other HDMI Cables.

Decent enough cable

Waiting to use the cable with a proper monitor
