When we got home and went to open the package, it was already opened. The cable looked like they wrapped it around there hand and squeezed it back into the box followed by the plastic bag rolled up and pushed back into the box. It appears this is how best buy unloads there returns. I won't be using this service again. oh yes, I forgot.. the cable doesn't work so now another trip to Best Buy to return it...

This was not the right item for me

I asked a best buy crew member were I could find a cord that let me plug my tablet into the hdmi port of my tv and this is what he showed me. When I went back to the store to return it I talked to the gentleman at the Samsung section who instantly showed me the right cord I needed.

If you need something for a similar use I recommend using a higher quality cable.
