A most inconvenient compressed air duster!

A compressed air duster should be the simplest thing to design and use. However, with this one you press the trigger and the top of the can just pops off! I actually called Insignia customer service and the lady had no idea what I should do. In fiddling with it I found that if I pressed down on the top of the can instead of using the trigger, the pressurized air did flow out. So I have a way to use it but the intended way does not work. I'll avoid this brand in the future!
