||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.At first I was thrilled to have a rechargeable high output flashlight but soon I had seen what others had seen. First the light is very bright but soon the lights power runs low and the light is not much brighter than a 300 Lumen flashlight. Second the opening for the USB plug is recessed and too small for the end of the plug on the cord provided so it makes it difficult to get the USB plug to seat in easily thus you can damage the USB receptacle. I even think that the USB plug and receptacle are not quite the same size making it easy to break the USB receptacle. I went back to my coast flashlight that uses batteries, at least the light remains brighter for a longer period of time before needing to replace the batteries.

Don’t have to go through various settings to get the light on. The only thing I don’t like is that you have to wait for the light to turn on, and for the light to turn off. You have to hold the button for on or off.

Dedicated on / off button - this is so much nicer than most other models that also control brightness and various other functions. This is rechargeable, so you can't just pop in new batteries when it dies, you have to recharge it. My only complaint is that charging it does take a long time.
