We had to try several different USB cords and “cubes” before finding a combination that would charge the charger, and even then, inconsistently. Would be great if it came with the specific cords needed to charge the charger.

Needed a charger. Works wonderful & fast. Love it cuz you can charge 2 itens at once. Highly recommended this one.

Went out of town for the weekend and knew i was going to be using my devices heavily. Last minute purchased this charger set and worked well for my weekend but would not recommend for long term use.

Powers my phone but doesn't charge it 100%. Tried it on another phone with the same results. Previous cheaper bank charged my phone 100%.

Actual battery output capacity is 5300 mAh and not 8000 mAh as printed on the powerbank. So it charges my mobile phone only around 3 times from near 0 to 100% charge levels.

It's a good battery. The only downside is it's too bulky for how much charge it holds. Definitely a better idea to split the 2 pack with a friend. The single pack is not worth the $30 it costs.

Wouldn't charge my iPad... Guess it's not enough power or something. It would do that thing where it shows up as green and "charging" but either stay at the same percentage or even decrease.

My Garmin GPS speaker suddenly stopped working while I was out of state. The Geek Squad convinced me to buy a new one because they said it could not be repaired. I spent over $200 on a new upgraded Garmin and two power chargers that night. When I turned my car on, the old GPS worked. (Even though they were wrong about my device, the clerks were very nice and helpful, but now I will have to deal with returning the items.) I don't know how the chargers worked, because I didn't need them, after all.

Had to return because it wasn’t compatible with my phone. They should put on the box which phones it works instead of putting smartphones (very misleading). It was a hassle for me to return because I had to take multiple trips because I didn’t know Best Buy closed early so the first time I went to return it was closed and the second time I was able to return.

This helps, but it's a pain to keep changed and carry around. Better to just buy a phone with a larger battery.

Worked well for couple of months but the discharge rate was quicker after that. Still I use it as it charges up to 1.5 or 2 cycles for my phone.

I feel this battery pack is over priced and under powered. It's 2018 and there are other options for the same price from better brands with better output and more ports.

I was hoping these were going to be great like the reviews but these powder banks aren’t that great I feel like the ones from five below are better. It takes hours for my phone to fully charge and by the time it is charged the power bank is almost dead. I bought these because someone said they’re great and they charge their iPhone, AirPods etc and still had couple more uses. Didn’t happen with mine, they drain fast.

Went I buy a produce u would think that everything to make it work would b included.... now I have to go the store and buy a charger... very upset consumer

Doesn’t seem to hold a charge long enough. It should last longer, at least I think it should. I guess that’ why they gavemyou two of them.

A little large to keep in your pocket. Great to have as a back up while you are not able to charge your device.

My son finds this useful but it takes a while to get charged up which isn't a deal breaker unless you have your expectations up.

Batattery failure. Product failed working in day 2. Bought 2 sets. One was fine. Other one battery got damaged on day 2 itself.

These chargers are good, not great...kinda slow, and large for their capacity...but they work well.

Two battery packs are nice to have. I intended to give one to my dad and keep one for myself. However, this only comes with one charging cable and it is maybe 12 inches long. One cable to charge two devices really bugs me. The battery packs have been functioning fine for the brand. The "in-use" light is an annoying blue.
