It charged fine the first time, but since that time, we cannot get it to fully charge or sometime even take a charge. I live 2 hours from the nearest Bestbuy so returning it is going to be a pain.

The male plug does not fit into the female connector of the phone to charge it. Good Value, but not functional for me. My only remedy is to return it as I cannot go to Best Buy to find adaptor or exchange it due to the National Emergency.

I was on a recent plane flight and it worked fine, but i went to charge the device upon landing and the charging portion of the device is not working! After 1 use!
