    This product work fine just 3 or 4 month after that start to fail. No charge to 100%, one month after just 75% and now less than 5%. I do not recommend this product any way.

    I bought this charger in April and it stopped charging a couple of months after I purchased it. Went and bought two more because I've had an insignia charger before and worked well. Both of the ones I bought stopped charging the 2nd time I tried to charge them.

    This thing stopped working after 6 weeks. One of the charging ports failed to recognize the battery and then just today the other Port went out. Save your money and buy an extra Xbox branded battery to keep charge while you're playing.

    not sure why but it keeps the device active and does not charge the connected devices as expected one port is completely insane to see it keeps connected device active and the other charges for few minutes and then after an hour device charged is mostly not more than 5% up

    This external battery doesn't work right. I WANT TO RETURN IT BUT CAN'T FIND THE RECEIPT! It has benn charging for hours and still isn't even half way charged.

    What’s there to say, takes hours to charge takes hours to change up phone. Perhaps I’d be less critical if the manager at the store would have treated me and my husband as customers instead of criminals.

    These only stay on for maybe 15 minutes and then turn off defeating their whole purpose.

    worked fully for a short time. then you had to push the power button to remind it to keep charging. then one usb failed. now they have all failed and it is junk.. its junk.

    Bought this when it was on sale. One worked and the other was dead on arrival. Took awhile to return it due of the pandemic. I ordered a better brand name product to replace this one.

    For some reason when I tried to charge it and have it ready, only 3 lights indicators turn on (It has 4). I am not sure if was charged 100% even I let it charging more than 12 hours.

    Charging stops after 5mins. If you want to charge your phone using this power bank, you need to keep turning on the power switch every 5mins. What a piece of waste.

    Always had to try multiple times on cable connections before power would start flowing to my phone. Got fed up with it and finally got a different brand.

    Delivery Issue

    Too soon to rate the product which was supposed to be Christmas gifts. 24 hr delivery ended up being 72 hr delivery which made us late for Christmas.

    does not fully charge, only one light blinks and turns off before all 4 lights turn on to designate fully charged regardless how long plugged in.
