    Bought this for a trip so we could charge on the go. It only charges my devices for a total or 10 seconds before powering down.

    I returned this crap the next day... wouldn't even charge my phone. Took hours before I got 3%. DO NOT BUY!

      I understand how this was a big inconvenience for you. Allow me to comment that this portable battery has a full size USB port on it, with this you are supposed to use your original Lightning Cable that came with your iPhone or iPad to charge them.
