It doesn’t charge. I only used it once. Its not good. I was disappointed.

I picked up a few of these mainly for long hikes and when there are power outages which seem to be happening more frequently. Lo and behold we got hit with a power outage unexpectedly (power grid issue) that lasted almost 24hrs and devices on medium to low. These beauties kept us up across all our devices (phones and tablets) while connected and hotspotted to LTE. For the price, it is peace of mind that you hope you never need to use but when you do, they're a blessing.

My car charger outlet has not worked for a few years. I have to use Waze navigation for work and it eats up a lot of my phones battery life. I bought this charger about 6-months ago and still performs like it's brand new. I recommend to my riders all the time. I've never been happier. Best portable charger I've ever owned. Also a great value.

I had this portable charger for almost 2 years now. Charges all my devices like a boss. Only thing that I don't like about is that it doesn't have fast charging. So it takes a while to charge my Samsung note 10 plus. Other than that, it works perfectly. charges my headphones, and other accessories like my nintendo switch controller and gopro. I take it with me whenever I go somewhere when I know that I'll be gone for a while and don't have access to a power outlet. Works great after almost 2 years.

It works amazing I use it everyday especially long trips

I had many external chargers and this is so far one of my favorites. Unfortunately, it has many flaws. One of them is the cable is too short, so the device has to be right next to it to charge. Second, I only had it for 4 months and when I plug it into the wall, I have to wiggle it to get a charge. Even when I try different outlets I still have trouble charging the external battery. The reason why it is my favorite it is because of the casing, looks durable if I dropped it. Another is that it comes with the iPhone cable connected. Downside is if iPhone changes their charging port I will have to get another external charger.

Durable and able to charge a couple of phones before needing a recharge.

Best product I have ever had. It is still with me and it has made my life easier.

Not sure what happened but I’ve only used this 3 maybe 4 times and this last time I plugged it in to charge before we left for the beach in the morning and by night time it was only at 3 of 4 dots... couldn’t take that long to charge

Fantastic battery bank, small design but packs quite a bit of energy.

Took on a trip, worked great. After that will not charge past 2nd led dot. Left it charged overnight same result. Reading in reviews it seems to be a common occurrence. If yours works like mine the first time, great. I suggest when you buy it don't wait use it multiple times right away to test it - so if it craps out you are still in the exchange/return period.

Bought this yesterday because I need it next week. Full charged it overnight. Was suppose to charge the phone about 3 times and also do 2 at a time. Attached 2 phones both with about 20% left. 1 phone got to 60% the other to 40% and the backup was dead. Bringing it back today. Probably defective but I think I read someone else had the same problem. Will switch brands and try the same test again.

So this thing worked a handful of times and just quit. I thought it was something I was doing but then I got online and started researching and same thing. Plug it in, one light comes on and then goes off, no charge. What’s the point of carrying this thing around if it’s a paperweight? Very disappointed. Will be returning and hopefully I can return it for another charger.

Fully charged it starts to charge my iPhone then stops within 2-3 minutes. I bought this MB8002 online and was wondering if I received a knockoff.

How does this charger get an average 4 1/2 stars when out of the box I can’t even get it to a full 4 bars charged? Did I just happen to get a lemon. Are these things fully tested? I’m sure not! Better off going to Marshall’s and get the knock offs, at least they fully charge and you get a few months use.

I bought two of them. First one didn’t charge up to 4 lights after 3 months using. The other one is still new, bought yesterday. Charged overnight. Only 3 lights are showing. Doesn’t worth at all for that money.
