I kept one for myself and carry it in my bag with a cable and... it has gotten me and others through the day when we forgot to charge our phones. One other I gave to my BF as a gift and he thinks it's awesome. His phone seems to run out of power quickly, so it is handy to have on stand-by. Also we use them to charge led flashlights :) I gave the third as a gift to BIL. Nothing to report about it...

The cable it came with didn't fit my phone so make sure you have the cable for your phone. Like the size, but is a little heavy.

I have an old iPhone 8 Plus and use my phone constantly for social media, pictures, and apps running on the background. I was able to charge my phone twice in a day. I would leave the hotel early in the morning and wouldn’t come back until late evening and always had charge. It is a must if going on vacations.

My Mophie was my go to portable charger for an iPhone and iPad when travelling. The Insignia - 8000 mAh portable charger took care of what I needed. Got "topped off" throughout the day and never got lower than 50% on this brick. Only used it for one 5 day trip, but I am convinced that for the price it is what I need. Still haven't located the location of my Mophie, so this charger will make a 6 day trip with me a week from now. No worries about running out of battery on my iPhone during the day with heavy use. No going to knock it down a star for this, but I did have some question as to when it was charging and plugged in. Think I figured it out...not that difficult, but I was spoiled with my Mophie's ease of knowing when it was charging and when it was full.
