My only true complaint is it seems laggy. I have to move slowly when trying to get to a show. I thought it was my WiFi originally but it’s just how the tv is. I read this previously but figured it wasn’t across the board but nope it is. All in all I would purchase the tv again!

Remote won't sync!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved this TV while it worked, got this TV delivered on December 24th and installed it on the wall that same day, all great, loved the fire interface specially how it all synced up with my amazon and ring devices, on January 23rd I woke up and all of the sudden the fire remote was not synced to the tv and would only turn the tv on and off, after being on the phone with amazon support for 3 hours we did not get t to work and my TV is unwatchable stuck on "Finding the remote", I then decided to call Best Buy since I am a Best Buy Total member and they could not help me either, no troubleshooting at all, they gave me an appointment for a BB Technician for a house visit and "Replace my tv" (already on the wall) since I am a member and the issue happened within 30 days, the appointment is for the 22nd so I will be without tv for more than a week just for a remote that won't sink, simply hard to believe they can't just replace the remote or help me over the phone, will follow up after the tech visit on this review.

1. Try removing the remote battery and reloading it. 2. Try to reset the remote control by pressing and hold "menu+back+left" for 10 seconds. Then the RC should be paired with TV. 3. Try to get a new remote: NS-RCFCA-21
