We purchased this TV in person and provided our own transportation. There was no damage on the box and all the contents were in the box. The initial set up from start to finish took about 45 minutes. The picture quality of this TV blew me away! Sure the blacks are not oled black but you cannot beat it for the price. 100% recommend.
