    I ordered a new TV, and when I opened the box, it was fully sealed. However, when we turned it on, we found that Netflix and Amazon were already signed in under someone else’s name. When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and didn’t offer a refund or exchange. So, I ended up paying full price for what was supposed to be a new TV but received a used one instead.
