OK pic, conn h/w failed, HORRIBLE BB SUPPORT

Arrived December 14, 2024. I didn't open it until December 25, 2024. Two days ago (Dec. 13, 2025), all 3 HDMI ports stopped working. I was not able to contact Best Buy's support until today, December 15, 2025. It is 1 day out of warranty and they will not help without a service charge of $130. It doesn't matter the ports quit working 1 day before. It doesn't matter that the gift was not opened until the 25th.
