Arrived with a broken screen in an intact box

Best Buy would not replace or repair the set. Best Buy would not issue a refund. Customer Service was unwilling to assist me.

Unbelievably bad product

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.False advertising, claims that it’s 4k when it delivers VHS level quality, extremely pixelated and a huge downgrade from our old 1080p TV that came out YEARS prior. This TV is so low tech you cannot even game on it! Xbox is incompatible with this model as its hardware is too mediocre to run it. A testament to how low quality this product is. Overall I feel completely robbed purchasing this low grade product, I wish to return it but I had to rent a truck just to bring it home and I do not wish to go through with that process again, though I might have to.

Worst TV Ever

I purchased it during Black Friday, but when I opened the box, it was broken. I returned it for another TV of the same size and brand. After a week, the new TV started flickering and showed white dots and horizontal lines on the screen. I do not recommend this brand at all.

Save your money!

I tried all the steps to fix it but nothing worked. Looked like a nice tv but in returned it because of the lines on the screen.

Don’t waste your money :-(
