    The tv is great however the remote does not work. I tryed reaching out to the manufacturer and they told me there was nothing I could do. Unless I returned the whole tv and got a new one.

    Set up was rescheduled / cancelled 3 times .I ordered a 85" I'm 5 foot the TV is literally bigger than me and I have it just sitting in the box in my living room because no one wants to take a chance to help me because they afariad to break this thing taking it out of the box. Even tho set up is @ $200 best buy can't get someone to come out to my house and set it up. Such a disappoint . I just cancelled and am going to return it

    Tv delivered broken and unable to use, unaware of best buy policy of returning with in 14 days. 22 days when I opened package, because I had to wait on my son to help… 85 inch tv, he travels for work. Best buy would not return and give me another tv. Warrenty would not honor, due to external damage. Im just out of $600. Im cutting up their credit card, and will never deal with best buy again!

    Not good experience. Got the tv home and it wouldn’t turn on. Off-shore Customer service is a nightmare. They were no help whatsoever, gave wrong information. Had me running in circles just to come to resolution about getting this tv returned and being refunded. Really makes me not want to shop at Best Buy anymore. Please improve your customer service! They are horrendous!

    Picture is gorgeous! Perfext for aports and gaming! Trash for apps!! Will not sign in to most. Will not accept final sign-in after entering password for HBO, ShowTime, Starz, etc. worst tv purchase ever. Will be buying a dongle for tv & movie viewing.

    Tv is too Brightly. Close image on the screen is perfectly fine ; just when image is wide open colors make the screen brightest that can not see clearly.

    I was excited about my TV but for some reason it’s not connecting to the Wi-Fi. I’m currently going to contact geek squad to see if it’s something I can do or if I put a warranty on it because if not, I’m out of luck on a brand new TV that I can’t stream on.

    False advertising, claims that it’s 4k when it delivers VHS level quality, extremely pixelated and a huge downgrade from our old 1080p TV that came out YEARS prior. This TV is so low tech you cannot even game on it! Xbox is incompatible with this model as its hardware is too mediocre to run it. A testament to how low quality this product is. Overall I feel completely robbed purchasing this low grade product, I wish to return it but I had to rent a truck just to bring it home and I do not wish to go through with that process again, though I might have to.

    Arrived with a broken screen in an intact box

    The first set had an obvious crack in the screen upon opening the box, The second set developed vertical lines on the screen soon after setup. Best Buy would not replace or repair the set. Best Buy would not issue a refund. Customer Service was unwilling to assist me.

    I am very disappointed with my Insignia 85-inch TV. I purchased it during Black Friday, but when I opened the box, it was broken. I returned it for another TV of the same size and brand. After a week, the new TV started flickering and showed white dots and horizontal lines on the screen. I do not recommend this brand at all.

    after 3 months only the tv is missing colors already, it just gets worse day by day and unfortunately i didn’t by the warranty :( save your money and buy a different one this TV was a waste of money for me.

    Unfortunately the screen had horizontal lines on it. I tried all the steps to fix it but nothing worked. Looked like a nice tv but in returned it because of the lines on the screen.

    I purchased this for my husband for Christmas. So disappointing. The screen flickers all over. Unwatchable. Having to drag this giant tv back to the store tomorrow. That’s real crap!
