    Unfortunately the screen had horizontal lines on it. I tried all the steps to fix it but nothing worked. Looked like a nice tv but in returned it because of the lines on the screen.

    I purchased this for my husband for Christmas. So disappointing. The screen flickers all over. Unwatchable. Having to drag this giant tv back to the store tomorrow. That’s real crap!

    Don’t buy The Best Buy team they didn’t guide me properly and they told me something different when I’m buying and after I know something different so I’m suggesting don’t use Best Buy

    I received a damaged TV. The TV was scheduled for pick up however I still have not received the new tv and also no refund so my suggestion if it’s not in store… DO NOT ORDER!
