Bad buisness

My TV was already broken when I got it when I got to my house the TV was broken already, but the geek squad said that the box wasn’t damaged or something about the box that it was my fault but I didn’t do anything but take the box off the truck me and two other guys we took it out the box and the TV was cracked at the top of the screen in the right corner so Best Buy is taking me through all this trouble about my TV after about the TV in the washer dryer from now at the same time so I don’t agree with the processes of what they do of selling TVs… they turned me away from Best Buy with a broken TV that I bought from them and I paid well over with 12 $1300 for the TV mine you bought a washer dryer to the same day. Best Buy couldn’t do anything with me about the TV when I figured that it was broken when I got it from them and it still had to have insurance on it. I just don’t understand it Best Buy don’t never buy a TV from Best Buy.

Frustrating as you need a remote to program the tv and a universal remote will not cut it, I wasted my money and I had to buy a tv wall mount and pay to have it mounted since the tv did not have legs After paying for all of this I should have just bought a new tv and saved myself a headache, but hey.

My 2 year old touched it with a plastic bat, broke. Bought a new one because it’s my parents TV. 2 year old again, tossed his water at the TV, broke again. He just turned 2, He’s not the world’s strongest baby. The screen shouldn’t break by touching it too hard. 0 durability. If I could, I’d give it 0/5 stars.

In my opinion to get more $$ outta me but i keep to my choice and no one else's . I am happy with the price i paid for , the picture quality is amazing and love how this TV has a very thin frame so i can see more of the screen . if you want to not break the bank but yet get an affordable great quality tv go with Insignia ..This is Best Buy's signature brand and why would they make a bad product to sell right ?!

It was bigger then my 65" and same price point. The picture with movie preset is actually pretty good. I gave only 4 stars because of the sound. Its not horrible, but its not great compared to what I had. I had it on 33 and it wasnt even close to my old TV at 18-20. A surround sound or sound bar would definitely make it better. But it does give a good TV experience and makes owning a 85" affordable.

Its a big one!

There is a good variety of channels available as it is a smart tv. Plenty of apps to download and stream as well. The sound is great, a soundbar is not needed for the size room we have the tv in. It is a great gaming tv - I have several gaming devices hooked up and have been having a blast! I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I recently purchased the 85-inch Insignia TV, and I’m honestly blown away by the quality for the price. The size is perfect for a home theater feel — whether I’m watching movies, streaming sports, or gaming, it fills the room and the picture is crisp and immersive. Pros: Huge screen size that makes a real statement in any room. 4K Ultra HD resolution is sharp and detailed. Fire TV built-in makes it super easy to stream from Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, and more. Voice control with Alexa is a nice bonus Multiple HDMI ports, perfect for connecting game consoles and sound systems. Cons: The sound is decent, but I’d recommend adding a soundbar for a more cinematic audio experience. At 85 inches, it’s really big, so make sure you have a strong stand or plan to wall mount it. Overall, this TV is a fantastic deal for the size and smart features. It’s reliable, user-friendly, and looks amazing in my living room. The picture quality is excellent for the price with surprisingly good contrast, making movies, sports, and gaming look great on such a massive screen. The built-in Fire TV interface is a huge plus. It’s fast, user friendly, and gives you easy access to all the streaming apps you need, from Netflix to Prime Video. Alexa voice control makes searching for shows and controlling the TV effortless, which is a nice bonus. Setup was simple, even with the big size, and it connected to Wi-Fi without any issues. The sound is decent, but pairing it with a soundbar really enhances the experience. Overall, this is an amazing value for such a large smart TV.

I also have the 65" version, and its been holding up fine fkr 6+ years now. This tv is HUGE. The only downside is that i gad to buy a new tv stand that would accommodate its size. Im a basic TV viewer, so I dont know much know (or care) about most of the technical specs, but generally, this is a freat TV for everyday use. Colors look bright, and no known issues thus far. Could be a bit louder, but I have a soundbar, so that solves that.
