Cable SEEMS to be made in a quality fashion. The fit and finish are nice, and even after 5 months I have noticed no signs of wear... However after only a week of use the cable became unreliable for charging. Will randomly stop charging and have to jiggle the cable to get it to work again. Other times it will freak out and start and stop charging rapidly in succession until the cable is unplugged. Now that the cable has become even more erratic it will be tossed in the bin.

Although when using, I started having issues with my monitors going black. As soon as I went back to the original cable, the issue went away.

USB C does not stay in phone - do not buy

But the cable didn't stay in my phone. I figured it would be at least as good as a cable from Ikea, but not the case. I returned them both.

Confirmed its the cable as i used it with 3 different bricks and 2 different battery banks. Oh, and i tested them with a different cable and everything worked. Sadly (or not) i probably wont be purchasing any more Insignia products as the level of quality control is meh, at best.

Cheap, It's just a shame they don't actually work

They also don't support the majority of fast charging standards. I've given them multiple chances and I've been let down every time.
