A few weeks in freezer defrosted and melted contents. We did notice a small dent in bottom when delivered but assumed no problem; perhaps was damaged in transport--not sure. Was really upset that BestBuy Online would not help; they delivered for free but told me because was "too small" would have to return to local store myself! We don't have vehicle that fridge would fit in. Was about to write off Best Buy forever until called local store and they offered to swap (we upgraded to higher model). Would recommend spend a little extra on name-brand to anyone else looking...not worth hassle.

This thing isn't working 9 months and 1 day after purchase. The only solution is to to go into a store to get repaired. How does Best Buy expect me to get it to the store? The first appointment to talk to someone isn't even for another week. Terrible, terrible solution Best Buy.

One side has a big dent and is scratched and one interior shelf has a huge crack. I tried calling my local store several times to report defects and hung up after waiting on hold for over 30 mins.
