Meaning that it was damaged before it left the store and they tried to sell it to me as new. I tried to arrange a replacement fridge on two extra occasions for both times to be cancelled by them! I finally just returned it to Best Buy and have lost faith in this company.

For some reason, after 2 years seems like control board stopped working. Repair parts hard to get. Disappointed in short life span.

Worked well at the beginning, but, after less than 2 years of regular use, it doesn't keep the temperature cool enough. Although, you get what you pay for, I was expecting it to least longer.
