It can be used in a vehicle or inside the house. Since they are twins, it's great there are two of them so no fighting!

Great for kids and adults alike

Great product for a great price

I didn't like the straps/"holder" it came with. Didn't work very well and I had to find another way to keep them strapped tight to the back of the seats.
