The flimsy braces will irritate you even if you do get them to work for a few seconds. Also you have to constantly take the main player/screen out of the flimsy holder to change the dvd inside. There is no side or top loader. Please do not waste a dime on this product

Having problems after a few months

Now after a couple of months the players do not function correctly. They turn on, display the title screen but if you try to play anything or hit a bump it reverts back to a load screen. Not worth it. Might try the warranty but I doubt anything will come from it. Did work well before it stop working.

I would sincerely suggest taking the unit and receipt into the Geek Squad Desk at your local Best Buy, as they handle all of our warranty servicing. If there is a manufacturer defect within the unit they should be able to get it repaired or exchanged as necessary. - Jon, Insignia Support

The positives include 2 headsets, 2 headrests and 1 storage bag. Would have been nice if the storage bag had padding or lining.
