I'm sorry to head that they only lasted two weeks but please remember that you have a one year manufacturer's warranty with it and you can apply it by taking the item to your closest Best Buy store with your receipt and referring directly to the Geek Squad counter. -Elsa A. Thank you for your comments about this Dual DVD player, I'm sorry to hear that the set didn't work as you expected, however I would like to mention that if you purchased the set after 10/30/2016 you'll have the opportunity to return/exchange it at Best Buy with the receipt until the 1/15/2017.
