    Bought these batteries when they were on sale. Excellent purchase considering Best Buy's deal of the day. Good to update all the batteries in smoke detectors in the house. Good luck finding good alkaline batteries cheaper than these

    We change our smoke detector batteries twice a year. We also use battery back up in our alarm clocks which require a 9 Volt. These batteries are very economical particularly when we only use them for 6 months.
