I was leery at first. I don't really like buying off-brand batteries, even at a discounted price; they often have a very short battery life. However, these batteries have stood the test of time. In all honesty, I haven't noticed a difference in the quality of these batteries and Duracell or Energizer. For the price, it is definitely a hot buy.

Great batteries, long life for an EXCELLENT price!

Obviously, this is a value play. My rule-of-thumb re: double- and triple-A batteries is that an excellent price is anything less than four-for-a-buck, and Best Buy continues to feature these at substantially less than this. I can't say that I've conducted scientific studies, but these batteries seem to last as long as the name-brand batteries.

I bought these for $9.99 when it was on Daily Special. I have replaced all the toys and remotes in my home and they seem to work as good as the name brands. Only had them for a short while but my kids toys are trully battery eaters, especially when they leave the toys on for a long time before remembering to turn them off. For this price I'm very happy.

excellent duration, good price and quantity of batteries

Good price when on sale for some alkaline batteries. Nothing exceedingly special about them otherwise. Handy to have on hand for those devices that don’t work so well with the lower voltage of rechargeable a or when you just need a disposable battery in a pinch.
