Needed a new cord for a recent purchase, its fine.

This ac adapter is an excellent value. Althought this product did not work for my application where I needed the larger tip as its polarity is reversed for my need (external hard drive). The adapter is very good for smaller electronic devices but not for some or most external hard drives where the center contact is the positive (+) contact as was my case

This item did not work for the wireless transmitter that I purchased it for. While it did power the device it caused the transmitter to transmit a lot of noise/static to the receiving device. Switched back to batteries and the transmitter worked great
