This product worked just fine as a replacement for the power brick from our Insignia TV. Not very sturdy and a little unwieldy where it plugs into the wall, but otherwise, fine.

This product is far from being universal. Bought it to replace a power cord for a Sony blu-ray player that my cat "ate" thru, but none of the adapter plugs would fit.

I was going to use it to power a portable dvd player in my car. It wouldn't work with the car adapter plug however. It would probably work in a different use.

This item has a longer than usual pin, due to the interchangeability of the pins. It simply does not fit in the space allowed by my clock/thermometer.

This is a good item, sadly it is only single polarity which I don't understand. It would have been easy to make the plugs reversible making the unit twice as useful!

I'm sure this is handy if you do your research. I needed a spare power cord for my monitor and although it fits it won't power it in due to the specs.

got this to replace the plug I lost for my Street Fighter II arcade marquee. Its a little testy and has to be in the right position to use but it works.

I have a Samsung windows 8, laptop and none of these worked nor did any adapter plug ins at best buy work, it had to be ordered
