Didn't actually contain the input I was needing. It was ok.

Good. Didn't work out w/ my Blu-ray player though.

Purchased the power adapter. Its body has a switch for selection of voltage output needed. Came with five adapter outlet cord ends for various insertion needs but still had to grind off the nearest one to fit so it would engage in the socket. Fired it up (an older Sirius boom-box) and it ran for about four minutes, then started fading. Power went completely missing. Let it cool off, fired it back up. Same thing again. So the power amperage rating output is insufficient for my need. Now I've got a power supply adapter for other needs if they ever arise. This one is not a strong unit. Would not purchase it again.

I purchhed the universal powercord since my moden didn't work and was told by tec support that the problem may be with the power cord. It still did not work , however it may have been a problem with the moden and not the new cord.

This adapter never charged my laptop even after being connected for over 24 hours. I took it back and exchanged it for the Targus Laptop Adapter which worked great.

Hard to figure out. Still cannot connect with my wifi. Looks like there is something missing and instruction is not east to follow when putting new password in router

Not the biggest fan of insignia products. They work great for awhile and then seem to die. Waiting to see how long this one lasts.

I purchased this cord for my 4 year old's portable DVD player. After having the cord for less than a month and only using it a handful of times, the metal prongs from the male part of the adapter broke off inside the female part of the adapter rendering the cord, and, in turn, the dvd player useless.

the flip out prongs to plug it into the wall are too small to stay in the socket and too loose to keep a connection. i needed to prop it to stay plugged in and connected. Best Buy took it back without any hassle which is always a great relief and why i love this store.

I gave the Best Buy rep the manual with specs for what I needed. He ignored it and assured me the wrong product was the right product. Totally irresponsible. I'll never buy from Best Buy again.

I'm sorry I purchased two of them. I returned one and kept the other one just in case I can use it on something. Right now it's in the storage unit.

Looking for replacement charger for chrome book purchased there. Salesman unsure what needed. Product didn't work so I returned.

Horrible product if I didn't throw other the box I would have returned it. Waste of money

Wasn't real thrilled with this product. A lot of parts to lose and did not work with my equipment

I returned it with no problem, though the salesperson said it would.
