The few issues I have encountered have been met with overall good customer service. I was pleased when they began to offer various shipping fees (4.99, 5.95, & 7.11), a shipping fee can often be the price or near the price of the item you are buying, A suggestion would be to fix the categories people filter, shop, and create listings by.

Decent little boombox for a kid but radio receptio

The radio has difficulty picking up signals while it's in the house.. I had to rig up a long antenna with stereo wire and hang it out my window in order to be able to tune into any channels. Other than that it's a nice unit that has CD player and cassette deck. It's very useful for young teenager.

Portable CD and Cassette player

I have not used the radio as I have a different one in the house. You need to push harder on the CD than I expected inorder to get it in the correct position to play.

We purchased the second one to have on our back porch. I had read the reviews on it before we ordered the first one. I agree that it is GREAT for the price. Sounds good and works very well.

The disc reader has a huge unnecessary gap inside, great for problems to arise. Speakers are average (For 20 years ago), drowned out but it would be acceptable if it was half the price. Also most of the buttons seemed to be permanently pushed in (broken) or just made cheap. Could barely use the volume down because pushing wouldn’t work into an already pushed in button. There was no ‘click’ to the buttons anymore. One feature that really bugged me was it did not come with telescoping antenna. The antenna is a wire like one that would come with a receiver. That struck me as odd for something made as portable/outdoor use why use that kind of antenna. Again way too expensive for the quality. I wish there was a decent cassette/cd/radio(am&fm)/bluetooth device out there. Seems like a missing link no where to be found.

It meets all my needs, plays CD's that I have burned on my computer. Music is loud enough for all to hear as we use it for worship services in a nursing home.

I purchase this radio at BEST BUY, because I have always had excellent service when I shop there. When i made this purchase I WAS GIVEN EXCELLENT SERVICE ON ALL THE FEATURES OF THIS RADIO, ALSO I LOOK AT DIFFERENT STORES BUT BEST BUY WAS THE BEST PRICE.
