Great sound quality and never scratched my cds. Then a few days ago it just stops working. It will let me turn it on but wont play any sound. I can switch between radio and cd but no sound. Now nothing works at all. And best buy's lovely return policy wont let me return it after a year. This thing is made to fail.

Skips; fuzzy sound quality

I needed something quickly so we could listen to Christmas music. For the price, I wasn't expecting great sound quality, but the output on this one is "fuzzy" and, after less than 3 months of use, it skips almost as badly as the one it was intended to replace.
