The buttons on the cassette player - play, forward and rewind - point in the wrong direction. It sounds like an easy problem to ignore but it becomes confusing when you are flipping the tape or trying to find specific songs. Customer service couldn't tell us if this was an anomaly so we ordered a second one. Same issue. The CD player stopped 19 days after we receive it. Because it was over 15 days Best Buy wouldn't refund our money. Our only recourse for the first one is to drive 2 hours to the closest BB this is with having Geek Squad protection. (We ordered them online.) We returned the second one right away to fall within the 15 days for a refund. This is my first experience with BB and probably the last.
